This ebook gives you everything needed to achieve your splits in 6 weeks. This includes a warm up, detailed step by step instructions for each recommended stretch, stretch durations, stretch modifications, tips and cues, a bonus chapter, Q&A, and an additional tips chapter. 

This ebook prepares you for pole dance by having you complete body weight exercises and pole floor work dance moves. Exercises are 20-30 min a day 3x a week. Dance moves are twice a week. This ebook includes a detailed warm up, proper progressions, detailed explanations of each exercise including photo, video, and more. These exercises are focused specifically on motions that are transferable to pole dance, making that transition much easier when you are ready to move onto the pole as well as having a few floor work moves under your belt!

My Story

I started pole dancing in 2021 and immediately fell in love. When I began I had so much to learn, I couldn't even climb the pole. At first I learned a lot of tricks through YouTube videos, social media, and a fellow dancer's Patreon. I later learned more about the fundamentals of pole dance combined with my education on the human body and movement, so I was able to train much more efficiently. As someone who's self taught, I understand the unique challenges of solo practice, including safety and overcoming roadblocks. With my Bachelor's in biology and Master's in education, I'm skilled at researching credible information and effectively teaching others. I created VONEIRIC to help simplify the process and inspire those to begin their journey! Here, I offer digestible resources to help those learning pole at home along with other dance and fitness material.
